Cancellation Policy
A 48hr advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Deposits are non refundable without sufficient notice (unless authorized by owner). 100% charge of the Service Fee will be charged for all No-Shows or Late Shows that goes beyond the ability to provide you service, as it may interfere with the next appt. We thank you for your understanding, as our artists provide time and materials to prepare for each appt.
